When transferring data to external bodies in third countries, i.e. outside the EU or EEA, we ensure that these bodies treat your personal data with the same care as within the EU or EEA. We only transfer personal data to third countries for which the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of protection or if we ensure the careful handling of personal data through contractual agreements or other suitable guarantees.

We only transfer your data to the USA if the requirements of the ECJ ruling v. 16.07.2020 - C-311/18 - are observed. If you have given us consent to do so, we also transfer data to companies located in the USA.

This website uses the visitor action pixel from Facebook for conversion measurement. The provider of this service is Facebook Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. However, according to Facebook, the data collected is also transferred to the USA and other third countries.

In this way, the behavior of page visitors can be tracked after they have been redirected to the provider's website by clicking on a Facebook ad. This allows the effectiveness of the Facebook ads to be evaluated for statistical and market research purposes and future advertising measures to be optimized.

The collected data is anonymous for us as the operator of this website, we cannot draw any conclusions about the identity of the users. However, the data is stored and processed by Facebook, so that a connection to the respective user profile is possible and Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes, in accordance with the Facebook Data Use Policy. If an entry is subscribed to the Waitlist, the data in the respective input mask will be transmitted to the controller. The registration for the Waitlist takes place in a so-called double opt-in procedure. I.e. after registration you will receive an e-mail in which you will be asked to confirm your registration.
